A casual gastronomic proposal
for customers and friends of Echaurren

In the old Hotel Echaurren, there was a room next to the kitchen that we called El Cuartito. This room was the place where the children of the family ate when we arrived from school; it was the place where our parents ate when they finished from work; it was a place of games and the space where Mrs. Julia came to mend the broken tablecloths. We wanted to rebaptize this space that we have just refurbished, because it seemed important to link it with the memory of the Echaurren. El Cuartito, in the past known as Comilón, has always been a place to eat in a casual way, a place next to the main dining room filled with the history of our family.
