Here before you is a daring and addictive chocolate bar offer. This pack of chocolates created by the master chocolatier Pol Contreras includes three artisan bars made according to the Bean to Bar concept.

The work of young Pol Contreras has been awarded prizes such as the Best Pastry Chef Newcomer’s Prize at Madrid Fusión 2019, his inclusion in the “50 Next Class of 2022” list drawn up by the “The World’s 50 Best Restaurants” organisation, which  names 50 young people who are shaping the future of gastronomy and the Juli Soler Prize to young talent 2023.

As well as being a chocolate virtuoso, he has trained at some of the best restaurants and confectioners in Europe and is currently head of R&D at Echaurren.

Paul frequently travels all over the world to investigate in the field and obtain unique raw materials. He  transforms and packages his coveted bars by hand at the Echaurren facilities in Ezcaray based on the Bean to Bar method, a movement that began in the USA and advocates sustainable, ethical and artisan values for all parties involved in chocolate production.

The bars are vegan and made with ingredients produced by organic agriculture.
