· The volume entitled Historia presents the history of Echaurren in a novelized form. With 126 years of history, this founding restaurant, which today boasts two Michelin stars, has witnessed the evolution of cuisine and service. The book is written by Rioja journalist Pablo García Mancha and illustrated by Luis Paniego Araiz.
· The volume entitled Portal brings together the 44 most recent creations from Francis Paniego’s most personal and contemporary cuisine. El Portal de Echaurren was the first restaurant in the history of Rioja cuisine to be awarded its first and second Michelin stars.
